Occasionally you may see following bounce back message:

If your server was recently upgraded (moved or transferred), new MX (mail exchange) IP must be properly registered within Microsoft Network (MSN). Please contact us via Help Center or email: [email protected]

Once we receive ticket or email from you, we'll contact Outlook.com Deliverability Support Team then get back to you ASAP.

Entire process may take up to 5 business days. Your patience is appreciated!

You cannot rely on single MX nowadays! NYhost.net uses local MX + Google MX as backup.
