All hosting packages include unlimited email services. Our MX server is not redundant and should be protected by secondary MX (mail exchange server). Since email server IP being shared across many websites, outages may occur due to various reasons:
- bad IP reputation associated with spam relaying (Joomla/Wordpress scripts);
- spamming (RBL blocks);
- network or server outage.
If you need redundant email for commercial project, please consider Google Workspace. It cost $6 per email box.
If you wish to use redundant MX free of charge (up to 1000 email boxes with 10 GB disk storage each), you may try Yandex Connect for Business (free version).
Both email service providers offer redundant, white-listed MX servers for your domain names. You can manage your email via secure IMAP and SMTP protocols.
