Server or network outage do occur. NYhost.net monitors each server and network via Alertra. If server or network go down, we get immediate notification via email and phone. In most cases, we resolve all issues before anyone notice a downtime!
What you should do in case of prolonged outage (more than 1 hour)
Please check "Network Status and Notification" category for newly posted articles. There we post all emergency and planned maintenance notifications. We also post emergency notifications via Twitter: https://twitter.com/NYhosting - please follow us!
If you do not see any notifications, please submit a ticket or email to help (at) nyhost.org. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. You may also call: 1-646-595-0555. Please have your ticket ID and server ID (server name) ready.
