NYhost.net provides weekly onsite and monthly offsite backups. Backups are being stored in secure location (New York) and in different data center in Germany for extra layer of redundancy.
You can request website restore (or partial restore like data base) at any time via Help Center or email: help at nyhost.org. Successful restore will cost $10 (one time fee). If you do have own backup, restore is FREE of charge! Please provide following information:
- Your website;
- cPanel username;
- Restore type: FULL (all files and folders), public_html folder restore, email restore or data base restore.
- Date of backup if known. You can ask us for available backup dates prior restore.
Please note that NYhost.net doesn't guarantee availability of backups. You MUST keep own backups on local computer or cloud at all times!
