Sorry, NYhost.net doesn't offer any refunds. Our hosting plans have 90-day free trial. You can try our web hosting plans for only $1 then cancel during 90-day period. $1 fee is refundable during free trial.
How to cancel web hosting package with NYhost.net
Please drop a ticket to Help Center with following information:
- Your first name;
- Your main domain name;
- Your username to cPanel;
- Last 6 digits of credit card number or PayPal email ID.
Please backup all data prior cancellation! Your account will be terminated within 2 business days.
