NYhost.net technical support department operates 24/7/365. If you submit support ticket via Help Center, you can expect response within 2-4 hours. However, it's slower on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and major Holidays (Christmas, New Year Eve, President's Day, Easter and 4th of July): 6-12 hours.

Billing and Sales department operate Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST. You can reach Billing via email: sales (at) nyhost.net
