Private Reseller accounts are being setup within 24-48 hours. Global Reseller requires additional setup time because it has custom OS with dedicated DNS clusters. If you ordered Global Reseller, you can expect welcome email with server details within 7 days. Your billing date will be adjusted to reflect setup delay.
