We offer 24/7/365 technical support via Help Center. You can submit a ticket, chat online or send email to help (at) nyhost.org at any time. We do offer emergency only technical support over the phone: 1-646-595-0555. However, we cannot assist with any other than emergency issue over the phone.
Issues that cannot be resolved over the phone
These issues cannot be resolved over the phone and should be addressed via 24/7/365 Help Center only: email issues, suspension or abuse issues, billing issues, presales questions, PHP errors, MySQL errors, slow network or server etc.
Can I request a call back?
Absolutely! If you stuck with specific ticket or wish to speak with supervisor or manager, please email your name, ticket ID and phone number to: admin (at) nyhost.net. We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
